Joel H. Fredricks is a partner at Nitsche & Fredricks LLC.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where his practice is exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation.  This includes representing victims of motor vehicle collisions, work injuries, product liability, and medical negligence.  Joel grew up in Newark, Delaware, graduating from Newark High School and the University of Delaware.  He received his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2009.  He is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyer’s Association, the American Association for Justice, and has been recognized as Delaware’s Top Lawyers for personal injury litigation by Delaware Today Magazine.

Prior to joining Nitsche & Fredricks LLC, Joel worked as defense attorney where he represented insurance carriers and their insureds. As a result, he is aware of tactics companies use to diminish the value of injury claims in attempt to prevent recovery.  Joel utilizes this experience in providing his clients with the representation and knowledge necessary to maximize the compensation they receive for their injuries.

Joel has three beautiful daughters with his wife, Casey.  When he is not practicing law, Joel enjoys being active in his community, including coaching his daughters’ little league teams.
