GARY S. NITSCHE is the managing partner of Nitsche & Fredricks, LLC. He concentrates his practice exclusively on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, work related injuries, nursing home cases and premises and product liability cases.  He likely has one of the largest personal injury practices in the State of Delaware.  In his 35 plus year career in this field, he has settled, concluded, and litigated personal injury cases with a combined value well in excess of $300 million.  He has substantial litigation and trial experience and has tried approximately fifty (50) jury trials. He has received numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
