James “Jim” Gaspero, Jr. is from Delaware County, PA.  He attended Salesianum High School, St. Joseph's University, and Temple University Beasley School of Law, graduating from the latter with his juris doctor in 2005.  After graduating from Temple, Jim joined a Philadelphia law firm as an associate and for over 7 years, worked on a variety of criminal defense and civil matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, landlord/tenant, breach of contract, complex corporate litigation cases involving fraud, civil conspiracy, and shareholder derivative suits.  In 2013, Jim began working for a law firm in Wilmington and for 9 years handled trust and estate litigation cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery as well as a variety of insurance defense matters in the Delaware Superior Court before joining Nitsche & Fredricks in 2022.

Jim is a tireless advocate for his clients so that they are fairly compensated for their injuries.  

Jim lives in Wilmington with his wife, two daughters, and his golden retriever puppy, Barry .
