Caroline Kaminski is an attorney at Nitsche & Fredricks with ten years of experience specializing in Delaware Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury Law. 

Caroline grew up in Wilmington, Delaware, where she attended Ursuline Academy, and later graduated cum laude from Auburn University.  

Prior to attending Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, she first gained exposure to workers’ compensation and personal injury matters working as a legal assistant.  Throughout law school, Caroline focused her legal studies on litigation and the statutory framework and complexities of injury law. Upon graduation from law school, Caroline served as a judicial law clerk to the President Judge of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware, where she developed her strong legal acumen to interpret and apply the law effectively. It is her legal acumen, coupled with her compassion and empathy for those injured, that allows her to effectively advocate for her clients. 

In 2023 and 2024, Caroline was recognized by her peers as one of Delaware Today Top Lawyer for Workers’ Compensation Law for the Employee.

Caroline co-authors and manages the Delaware Detour & Frolic which is a blog highlights and analyzes recent Delaware workers’ compensation decisions.  In addition, Caroline is the Co-Chair of the Randy J. Holland Delaware Joint Inns of Court, and an active member of the Randy J. Holland Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court and the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court. In her spare time, she likes to cheer on her Auburn Tigers and Villanova Wildcats.
